Fixed-price projects
Agentic Design File, AI Training Bundle, and Brand Foundation purchases are final and non-refundable once Belles begins work, provides intake access, reserves production capacity, conducts research, schedules project resources or training sessions, or delivers any digital or strategic material, whichever occurs first.
A written cancellation request received before work begins may be approved or denied in Belles’ reasonable discretion. If approved, Belles may deduct payment-processing charges, non-cancellable third-party costs, administrative costs, and the value of work already performed. No refund is available for unused revisions or sessions, delayed client participation, a change of mind, internal disagreement, failure to provide materials, or a decision not to launch or use completed work.
Deposits, installments, and custom work
Deposits, reservation fees, strategy fees, discovery fees, and completed project phases are non-refundable. Cancellation does not eliminate amounts already earned or committed. For installment plans, all installments associated with work already performed, reserved, or delivered remain due. Custom Website, Brand Layer, Studio, and ongoing marketing terms may include additional cancellation requirements in the signed order.
Revisions and acceptance
Revisions are limited to the number and scope stated in the order. Requests outside that scope are billed separately. Failure to respond or provide consolidated feedback does not create a refund right. Deliverables are deemed accepted when approved, published, implemented, used, or not rejected with specific written reasons within the review period stated in the order.
Managed hosting and subscriptions
Recurring hosting, platform management, and subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for a billing period already started. Cancellation must be received before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Service continues through the paid period unless suspension is required for security, abuse, platform termination, or nonpayment. Hosting does not include copywriting, design changes, content updates, new pages or sections, campaigns, emails, blog posts, or social content unless separately purchased.
Belles cancellation
If Belles cancels an order without client breach and cannot provide a reasonable substitute or reschedule, Belles will refund any fees paid for the specific unperformed portion, less completed work and non-recoverable costs. That refund is the client’s exclusive monetary remedy for Belles-initiated cancellation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Chargebacks and billing questions
Clients must contact Belles in writing and allow 10 business days to investigate a billing concern before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for an authorized purchase without first attempting resolution may constitute breach and may result in immediate suspension, collection activity, and recovery of chargeback fees and lawful costs. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
How to request cancellation
Reply to your order confirmation or use the Belles booking page and enter “Cancellation Request” in the note, along with the purchaser’s name, business email, order, and reason. A request is effective only when acknowledged in writing by Belles.
